The project is located in the High-tech Industrial Park in Meishan City, Sichuan Province, covering an area of 720 acres and a building area of approximately 263,000 square meters. The project is constructed in two phases: the first phase is 30,000 tons/ternary precursor, and the second phase is 70,000 tons/ternary precursor.
The project uses nickel-cobalt-molybdenum-vanadium alloy powder, nickel-cobalt sulfide, nickel carbonate impurities, cobalt hydroxide, nickel-cobalt hydroxide as raw materials, and adopts the advanced process of pressure leaching (atmospheric pressure leaching), purification, extraction and ternary synthesis ( evaporation crystallization) to produce ternary precursors, nickel sulfate crystals, and cobalt sulfate crystals, and adopts resin adsorption, decomposition, precipitation, calcination to comprehensively recover valuable metals such as molybdenum and vanadium in nickel-cobalt-molybdenum-vanadium alloy powder.
Main production processes: pressure leaching of nickel-cobalt-molybdenum-vanadium alloy powder and nickel-cobalt sulfide, and atmospheric leaching of nickel carbonate impurities, cobalt hydroxide and nickel-cobalt hydroxide, purification, extraction, evaporation crystallization, ternary synthesis, ammonia recovery , bipolar membrane electrolysis and multi-metal recycling, etc..
